+ It all started with a very Friendly front desk person named Sabrina, who made the check-in experience easy. We got to our room and were very pleased to see a large refurbished room with a king-size bed and a new bathroom. The breakfast was superb. The bar was very nice at night, and Anthony at the front door made everything so much fun. The fact that this hotel is opposite the Savoy at a fraction of the price, and its location, makes it a no-brainer.We will be back staying there whenever we are in London.

+ I spent 2 weeks in August at this hotel and confirmed my opinion about its comfort. The hotel is centrally located, close to the most important museums and attractions in London. Hospitality, helpfulness, and good value for money. Recommended.

+ A wonderful welcome to the hotel! The receptionist Sabrina was polite, answered all my questions, and even gave me a choice of which floor I would like my single room.. And my room was ready..

+ This was my first time in London so i decided to stay here as it was a central location. Despite the rooms being small, they were very clean, nicely designed and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Tiru and Matt at the gin palace bar made the best gin gimlets! Anthony at the front was so welcoming. Michael and Luele at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. Overall love this hotel and would come back!
