1. The service

0xTravel is an online travel agency for individual hotel stays supplied through wholesale providers. We do not sell package travel or linked travel arrangements (no flights, transfers or activities). The accommodation service is provided by the hotel you choose; 0xTravel arranges the booking.

Depending on the operating mode in force (indicated during checkout and in your confirmation), the booking is charged either by our wholesale provider (0xTravel acts as an agent and earns a commission) or by 0xTravel in its own name as the seller (merchant of record). In both cases your point of contact for managing, changing or cancelling the booking is 0xTravel.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros with taxes included, except for charges payable at the property, which are indicated separately before you pay. The price is confirmed on the review screen before payment: if the provider price changes during the process, we show it to you and you must expressly accept the new amount; you are never charged an amount different from the one confirmed.

3. Booking and payment process

The flow is: rate selection → booking holder details → review with the confirmed price and cancellation policy → payment. You have a limited window (approx. 10 minutes) to complete payment; if it expires you are asked to re-quote. The charge is only settled once the hotel confirms the booking: if confirmation fails, the authorisation is released or the charge is refunded in full automatically. After confirmation you receive the voucher by email, also downloadable as a PDF from "My booking" and "My account".

4. Cancellations and refunds

Every rate shows its full cancellation policy (free-cancellation deadline and subsequent charges, tier by tier) before you pay, and the exact refund breakdown before you confirm a cancellation. Accommodation for specific dates is excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 103.l of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, TRLGDCU); the cancellation policy of the chosen rate applies instead.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the cancellation is confirmed with the provider. The credit usually appears within 5–14 business days depending on your card issuer. Non-refundable rates or tiers with charges are deducted from the refund according to the policy shown.

5. User obligations

You must be of legal age, provide accurate booking holder details and use the service legitimately. Abusive automated access (scraping) and any fraudulent use of the service are prohibited and may result in cancellation of the account and of the affected bookings.

6. Liability

The provision of the accommodation is the hotel's responsibility. 0xTravel is responsible for properly arranging the booking in accordance with these terms and the law; in case of availability problems attributable to the hotel or the provider (e.g. overbooking), we will arrange an alternative or a full refund. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights, 0xTravel's liability is limited to the amount of the affected booking. We are not liable for force majeure or for manifest pricing errors, which may be voided by informing you and refunding any charge.

7. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction

You can address any complaint to contact@0xtravel.xyz. Consumer complaint forms are available in accordance with the applicable regional regulations. You can also turn to your regional public consumer services or to accredited alternative dispute resolution bodies for consumer matters (the former European ODR platform ceased operating in July 2025). These terms are governed by Spanish law; for consumers, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the consumer's domicile.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page. Each booking is governed by the terms in force at the time it was made.
