+ We loved our stay at Hotel Barocco! Perfect location and the easy to walk to many locations in Rome. Beautiful boutique hotel, clean, friendly staff, cool air conditioning in the hot summer. We will definitely come back when we visit Rome!
− Nothing! It was perfect!

+ The staff at this hotel was nice and the breakfast was lovely. But this is not a 5 or even 4 star hotel. The decor is dated and in desperate need of updating, the bathroom is tiny, and staying at the hotel is overpriced (they also don't make clear where the entrance is, which is not on the main Piazza Barberini). Good air con, which helps in the hot Rome summer. Very quiet. For many travelers, this hotel will be very good but for me it was overpriced and just adequate.

+ I am writing to tell my experience at Hotel Barocco. I was traveling with my friends when I fell and injured my foot. Our stay was from June 14-18, 2026. Each member of the staff were so caring and so very helpful- I will always be grateful. They made our time with comfortable, and every possible detail was looked after. We are back in the United States now after enjoying the rest of our holiday. The foot is healing and hopefully in a few weeks, I will be fully recovered. I hope to return to Hotel Barocco next year after my foot is healed. The Staff is wonderful. The accommodations were spectacular along with the convenient location. I would give this hotel 20 stars if I could! Definitely a must visit! We will be back!
