+ I had a pleasant stay overall and particularly appreciated the warm and friendly staff, as well as the hotel’s excellent location, which made getting around very convenient. There are, however, a few areas where I feel the experience could be further enhanced. The breakfast could benefit from a little more variety and attention to quality. I also feel that the housekeeping service could be more attentive to the small details. During our stay, we had to request refills for the shower gel and dental kits, and a vanity kit was not provided. These may seem like minor details, but they make a meaningful difference, particularly in a hotel of this standard. With a little more attention to these aspects, I believe the hotel could offer an even more polished and exceptional guest experience. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return, especially given the excellent location and genuinely friendly staff.
