+ 日本人のスタッフがいて、結構話が出来た点。また、いろいろお願いしたことに対して、少し時間はかかったものの、確実に対応してもらった点。さらに、ロケーションがいいので、レストラン、ショッピングが容易に出来たこと。
− たくさんの荷物を数日間預かってもらおうとお願いした際、結構厳しく言われた点（結局、預かってもらえましたが）。

+ たくさんの荷物を約１週間預かってもらえた点は、非常に助かった（なんのトラブルもなく）。
− ３人部屋の割に、トイレとシャワールームが極端に狭かった。日本のホテルより狭く感じた。
