+ Trevligt och mycket centralt boende. Lätt att ta sig vidare med bussar och tunnelbana. Mycket bra frukost. Stort rum (36 kvm) med kylskåp och luftkonditionering. Trevlig äldre dörrvakt som visade intresse och som gav tips. Efter ca 25 resor till London har vi hittat ett nytt favorithotell.
− Stundtals störande ljud från byggande/renovering.

− The rooms are very old, the furnishing in the room smells bad.

− Service was bad. Couldn’t check in one of the rooms till 4.30pm despite being told early morning it would be 12 and then later being told check in isn’t until 3 so wouldn’t be till then which is fair but to then wait till 4.30. Rooms were not serviced until 9pm at night. Air conditioning wasn’t working and door handle in bathroom Broken had to be asked multiple times to get a solution.
