+ De ligging.
− Controle van de plek waar we het ochtendontbijt hadden. We gingen zoals de dag ervoor in het café deel zitten eten. Eerst liep een medewerkster ( leidinggevende) chagrijnig kijkend langs, vervolgens komt de vrouw die de gasten controleert bij het binnenlaten, nog een keer naar ons kamernummer vragen. Komt allemaal als heel onsympathiek over.

+ Locatie uitstekend nabij station Friedrichstrasse en Unter den Linden. Kamers voorzien van al het essentiele comfort. Prima ontbijt met heel veel keuze. Mooie en smaakvolle inrichting van de publike ruimte met veel zitjes. Winkels in de buurt voor als je wat nodig hebt is erg handig.

− Personeel soms erg onvriendelijk en soms ook heel bot. Dat het soms druk is ergens met mensen die bediend moeten worden is geen excuus daarvoor. De verdiepingen zijn alleen bereikbaar per lift en daar zijn er maar drie van en voor zo'n groot hotel betekent dat vaak lang wachten. Het is wel prettig om af en toe met de trap te kunnen gaan.
