+ Der Service des Ritz-Carlton lässt keine. Wünsche offen, das Frühstück mit 7 Live Küchen ist einzigartig, SPA, Poolarea und Gym lassen einen vergessen, dass man in einem Stadthotel ist.
− Wenn man das Haar in der Suppe suchen will, dann die etwas altmodisch anmutende Einrichtung der Zimmer, die aber technisch dennoch auf gutem Niveau sind.

+ So great, one of the best hotels in Singapore. Some of The most knowledgeable and helpful staff I have seen in a luxury hotel. Tong Shao Ming is fantastic! He walked me from the club lounge all the way down and through the mall to assist me in finding a suit shop. Incredible service! The staff also was helpful when I had a departure change. Also June from Korea, the bartender in the cocktail lounge was an incredible host, Can’t say enough about this property!
