+ Meget god service i receptionen. Dejlig stort og indbydende loungeområde. Trodt nogle mindre gener et fint hotel som jeg gerne kommer tilbage til. Tæt på Metro er et stort plus.
− Ikke store sager men værdt at nævne: Lidt træg service i baren. Lidt mærkelig indretning (alt i sort eller mørkeblå) og især belysning på værelset (Juniorsuite). Belysningen var helt forfærdelig i "stuen". Jeg kunne ikke være der. Der var for få pladser til morgenmaden. Jeg måtte vente nogen minutter for at få plads. Mange single eller to-personer optog større bord. Hvis man kan lægge op til flere mindre borde eller bordeling kan det løse problemet.
