+ The hotel is in a good location. It is around 5 mins walk to Circular Quay and 10 mins to the Opera House. The rooms are large, furnishings a bit dated but the bed is comfortable.

+ The hotel is about to close in a few days, and it was evident as the hotel feels a little run down with general maintenance such a torn or worn carpets in common areas and the room we stayed in probably needed a fresh coat of paint - other than that - enjoyable stay. Would recommend but it closes in two days

+ We live in greater Sydney and choose to stay a couple of times each year because of the old world charm of the property. It will be a shame to no longer repeat here. Staff have always been very accommodating and flexible when asked.
