+ I'd like to thank all the staff, some names I remember, that made my 55th birthday memorable: Wallace, Mario, Talis, Miguel, Alex, Larissa, and I am sorry if I do not remember the other names... This short stay, will remain unforgettable abd it went way beyond my expectations! Thank yoou all, for making that possible!

+ Nossa experiência no Porto Bay foi muito boa. A localização é ótima, de frente para a praia de Copacabana com fácil acesso a pé a diversos restaurantes e bares na região. Sentimos que o policiamento na região é bom, o que nos passou segurança. Ficamos em um quarto com vista para o mar, e a vista era excelente. O restaurante do hotel, La Finestra, é muito bom tanto no café da manhã quanto no jantar, e o atendimento da equipe foi ótimo do início ao fim. Todo dia deixavam garrafas de água como cortesia na cabeceira da cama.
− A academia do hotel estava em reforma e não fomos avisados com antecedência. Só soubemos do convênio com uma academia da região na véspera do checkout. Outro ponto é o barulho: por ficar em avenida movimentada e de frente para a praia, o quarto já não é muito silencioso. Além disso, em todos os dias da estadia, por volta das 7h, começava um barulho de móveis sendo arrastados que durava cerca de 1-2 horas. Não soubemos identificar se vinha do restaurante, da área de lazer na cobertura, da reforma da academia ou da limpeza. Para quem tem sono leve, é inevitável acordar com o barulho.
