− Ich warte seit 6 Wochen auf die Zusendung meiner Rechnung. Trotz Abgabe meiner Mailadresse im Hotel bei PC Ausfall, keine mail. Und auf nachfrage über den Kontakt nur eine Bitte den kontakt direkt zu machen. Trotz direktem Anschreiben keine Mail.

− No salía agua fría del grifo del baño y el WC desaguaba el papel, no tenía presión. Te cobran dos euros por dejar la maleta una vez hecho el check Out y encima me cobraron cuatro euros que me di cuenta y me lo devolvieron
