+ The location is great. Just a few meters walk to the Raspail Metro station. A lot of restaurants nearby and one is just beside the hotel (Maison Edgar). Very helpful and pleasant staff, always ready to help.

+ The property was in a fairly quiet location and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, and even a self-serve laundry. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Water bottles were replenished daily.
