+ Sehr gute moderne Ausstattung und Sauberkeit, bequeme Betten, sehr freundliches Personal. Viele sprechen nur englisch, das war für uns aber kein Problem. Frühstücksbuffet jeden Tag perfekt mit großer Auswahl, frischen Zutaten und regelmäßiger Auffüllung. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Alexanderplatz, großes Einkaufszentrum fast direkt nebenan, super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

+ Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, although the coffee machines are slow and frequently malfunction. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the hotel is conveniently located near several metro stations.
− On two separate nights, I found myself locked out of the hotel after returning late because the automatic entrance door would not open. I had to wait for another guest to arrive and let me in, as my access card did not work and no one responded through the intercom. Despite reporting this issue several times, I never received a proper solution. The staff only attempted to fix it on the night before my departure, which was particularly frustrating, as it was already too late to make any meaningful difference to my stay. During my six-night stay, my room was serviced only once, and even then, the floor was not swept. The replacement towels provided on that occasion were also quite small. The bathroom trash bin was not working properly, and the desk lamp was missing a light bulb. Neither issue was addressed throughout my entire stay, despite being reported. I had also requested a room on a higher floor, but this request was not accommodated. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The hotel charges a relatively high price, yet the level of service, maintenance, and attention to guests falls well short of what I would expect. Having to wait outside late at night, with no assistance available, was particularly unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
