+ Very friendly staff. Good location just off the main strip so not noisy. Amazing pool area.
− No tea/coffee facilities in the room. The door to the room needs attention & the bathroom door, both very difficult to open/close.

− A comida com pouca variedade e pouco sabor. O pequeno-almoço almoço achei bastante razoável, mas o almoço e jantar não foi mau , mas precisa melhorar muito mais.

+ Got the room and pool view i requested month ahead of arrival, pre digital check in was great. Breakfasts are brilliant and entire hotel is superb and worth the money. Pools are best in benidorm.
− Lifts are a bit outdated, small and often a queue for them. But otherwise no other concerns it was manageable
