+ The property was convenient to walk to Paddington Station, under 10 minute walk. It was a nice safe location plenty of stores, restaurants and bars in the area. When we first checked in I was surprised when the staff member at reception said our room was across the street in another building. We were given a room in the attic which after taking the elevator, walking along corridors there was a spindle stair case which was steep and difficult with large cases. The room was tight for 3 people, and had no view as it was an attic room. I requested to be moved which we did the next day as nothing was available until then. The second room was much better, still in the same building but lower down. The breakfast had a great selection to suit everyone.
− Sometimes at breakfast the areas were quite dirty or messy with food which the staff should clean periodically. We were given a milk jug that had food on the side of it which looked like it had been re used or.not clean.
