+ My stay in Venice was truly exceptional. The location was perfect, the facilities were excellent, and the hotel itself felt like such a special place to stay. The views were incredible, particularly from the lounge, overlooking the canal — the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an aperitivo while watching Venice go by. The front-of-house team deserve a special mention. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and accommodating, making me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. My room was fabulous — spacious, beautifully appointed and with incredible views. The bathroom was generous and had every amenity I needed. A beautiful hotel in an unbeatable location, with wonderful staff and those unforgettable Venetian views. I would happily stay here again.
− The only disappointment was the breakfast location. It felt as though the dining area was underground, and even when eating outside, you didn’t really feel as though you were in Venice (ie no views if the cabana ). Some of the breakfast staff were also not as friendly or welcoming as the other members of staff we encountered during our stay.

+ Property location is great. The bartender Natalia made our stay very pleasant- tasty drinks, very warm and welcoming to everybody , good recommendations for dinner and day trips, she is a real treasure to the hotel.

− The room was not the most comfortable, a lot of empty spaces with no shelves or anything to hang clothes or bags. Only a wardrobe. Same in the bathroom- no place to put your stuff. Breakfast was adequate but coffee from the machines was not good .

+ Accueil professionnel et chaleureux Son excellente situation, à 3mn de "PIAZZA SAN MARCO", permet de rejoindre les arrêts de Vaporetto en 5 minutes c’est pratique L'hôtel est calme et propose des chambres propres, modernes et bien aménagées La literie est confortable, les draps de qualité Le personnel et le service assurent un séjour agréable Le petit déjeuner est très bon
