− Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from what I would expect from a 5-star property. The check-in process at 3:00 AM was extremely unprofessional and took around 40 minutes. I was asked to pay a security deposit, but after paying it, I was told it was supposedly not sufficient, creating unnecessary confusion and delays. The next issue was parking. I was informed that the garage was already full and that I should have reserved a parking space in advance, even though there was no option to do so during the booking process. After a lengthy discussion, a parking space suddenly became available. Having to deal with all of this in the middle of the night after traveling was unacceptable. The following morning, I called room service to request a simple bottle of water. I was met with a very unfriendly response and was told that I was not entitled to it, which is difficult to understand considering I was paying around CZK 7,500 per night and a bottle of water costs almost nothing. Eventually, I was told it would be delivered, but after waiting an hour and a half, no one ever came. Overall, the level of service was disappointing, disorganized, and nowhere near what should be expected from a 5-star hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
