+ En San Sebastian definitivamente es determinante encontrar un hotel con facilidad de llegar a la playa pues es lo mas impresionante de esta ciudad, El hotel tiene excelente ubicacion a 5 o 10 minutos caminando a la playa Ondarreta, que no es la principal pero que ofrece todo lo que necesitas. Nos prestaron toallas para ir a la playa. Para ir al centro y otros lugares de interes es recomendable buscar transporte publico que funciona muy bien, pues el Uber es muy escaso y el taxi solo se puede tomar en puntos determinados que no siempre encuentras cerca. Hay rutas de bus que tomas en el centro y te dejan a 5 o 10 minutos del hotel. Tiene un excelente bar y cerca hay otras opciones de restaurantes interesantes.
− Habitaciones demasiado pequeñas y las que dan sobre la avenida principal se alcanza a escuchar el ruido de los autos. Tuvimos un tema de mal olor en el baño y nos cambiaron de habitacion, curiosamente la atencion del personal femenino de la recepcion fue muy buena pero del personal masculino fue muy regular, no contestaban de manera amable a las preguntas y necesidades que teniamos.

+ The hotel is nice and very close to the beach and lovely promenade that takes you right to old town in about 30 minutes by foot. Quite a few great place around the area within a 5 minute walk, even if it is somewhat residential. Staff is efficient, if not somewhat reserved tho. Do not expect a big smile upon arrival. Room was spacious and clean. **Areas for improvement: 1) Bathroom - NO counter space at all - not even an under the sink shelf - uncomfortable set up 2) Breakfast - Really quite bad - even the coffee was not drinkable. Food tasted old and processed.... At the very least, coffee should be better.
