+ Only thing I liked was the locatioin
− Bathroom was extremely small with a tub for a shower. Bathroom smelled. No outlets by or on your nightstands for charging phones. The outlets that were available across the room, half didn't work

+ Location, self-service laundry facilities on site, kitchen facility, 24 hour front desk, accessibility to transit, great grocery store across the street, friendly staff!
− It’s a little dated, but has been kept in good shape, and things were all very clean.

+ The hotel was fine and in a good location, but it was the staff who really made the difference at this hotel. Omar, especially went out of his way to accommodate our every need and always with a smile. He truly made our stay exceptional.
− No real compalints and I'm really being picky here, but it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair in the room.

+ God lokasjon i et rolig og trygt strøk nær central park. Store rom med et lite kjøkken og spiseplass

+ Staff were extremely helpful! From an email prior to arrival asking about laundry facilities, to greeting us upon check in to help with parking. Michael was extremely helpful and kind. Loved having the kitchenette in the room, and the market across the street was a bonus. Great location - close to subway and Central Park.
− Honestly can't think of anything we were unhappy with.
