− Petit bémol, j'ai fait 2 Hotel en Italie pour lequel j'ai oublié un parfum de très grandes valeurs, et aucun des deux Hotel n'a rien trouvé lors de mon appel 72 heures après mon départ. Je n'accuse pas un Hotel en particulier, mais un ne dit pas la vérité...

+ A configuração do quarto, a limpeza diária e a presteza dos funcionários. Em especial, a funcionária Débora foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. Tive um problema de saúde e ela deu a toda assistência, com informações importantes e se prontificou a ajudar no que fosse necessário. Excelente!!

+ The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. We liked the free refreshments in the mini fridge and the bar voucher for a hot chocolate. We also appreciated the umbrellas available for rent.
− Lots of scuffs on the walls and paint chipped off the corners of walls made it seem less. Robes would have been nice. Pegs to hang towels would have been nice.
