+ To whom it may concern, I am dismayed by the conduct of this hotel's management. I chose Tokyo and this particular hotel to celebrate my birthday. My husband bought the trousers for me, and I wore them only on my birthday. Given that the trousers were not found at the hotel or the laundry service, I am absolutely certain that they were stolen. I am frustrated by your attitude, as you are calling my word into question; this implies that your premises are not secure. Since you refuse to accept responsibility, I will report this matter to Booking and recommend that this hotel be removed from their booking platform, as it fails to provide the necessary security for guests and their belongings.
