    + الموقع ، فخامه الفندق، دزاين الغرفه وحداثه الاثاث، وجود جمعيه وصالون ، المدير المصري المناوب و المدير المناوب الثاني كلهم لهم جزيل الشكر داىما متعاونين اتمنى لو عندي اسمهم جان ذكرتهم بالاسم ، طلبت من الفندق تخصيص غرفه لي معينه وتم تلبينه الطلب ، اثناء اقامتي صادف ميلادي وقدمو لي كيكه مشكورين ❤️ طبعا ثاني تجربه وثاني تقييم ، التجربه الاولى كانت قبل شهر 9 ليالي وحاليا تحربتي 13 ليله

    − حجزت 13 ليله وحصلت لي مشكلتين ، الاولى مع السكيورتي اسمه محمد احمد لما طلب منا بصيغه الامر الذهاب للغرف وعدم الجلوس باللوبي ووضح لنا سياسه الفندق يمنع النزلاء من الجلوس بعد الساعه 2 الفجر ! وهذا تكرر امامي مع اغلب النزلاء ، علما لم يبلغنا احد بهذه السياسه ولما رفعت شكوى رسميه تبين ان اهو لفق هذا الكلام! وان مافي قانون يمنع النزلاء من الحلوس باللوبي حسب كلام الاداره ، لكن فعليا ماشفت اجراء اتخذ بحقه ، المشكله الثانيه ان اقامتي 13 ليله واثناء اقامتي بعد اسبوع بلغوني ان لازم يبدلون غرفتي لدور مختلف لان الدور عليه صيانه،صح شفت الدور عليه صيانه بس مفروض من البدايه ان مبين اقامتي طويله ويعطوني غرفه بدور مايحتاج صيانه، هذا اليوم بالذات ضاع يومي 😔 لان اغراضي وايد فاحتجت ارد ارتبها بالجنطه و ارد ارتبها بالغرفه اليديده! كنت اتمنى اقامتي تكون افضل من السابق، لكن ماحصل بسبب الموقفين، لكن الفندق يشفع له مدراء المناوبين وميزاته من ناحيه الموقع والترتيب ورغم المشكلتين انصحكم تجربون الفندق ، وراح ارجع له بعد شهر واتمنى تكون افضل من السابق
