+ Great staff and breakfast. Facilities included a spa, which was very nice. Rooftop bar and restaurant was decent value and food was pretty good. Was an easy walk into the centre.
− Rooftop pool was slightly small, but kids enjoyed it. And if I was there without kids I'd have enjoyed drinking cocktails in it.

+ Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Grösse. Die Getränke in der Minibar waren kostenlos und wurden jeden Tag wieder aufgefüllt. Die Lage ist sehr gut: ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuss zur Plaça d‘Espanya und 15 bis zur Catedral de Mallorca. Die Rooftop Bar ist auch sehr schön, besonders für einen Schlimmertrunk vor dem Schlafengehen. Das Personal im ganzen Hotel war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
− Ein paar Kleiderbügel mehr und Wäscheregale wären gut gewesen.
