+ The location is great, right in the beginning of the old city district and a 10 minute walk from Hagia Sofia. Great food places and markets all round. The rooms were new, and the staff were especially, very helpful.
− Nothing to complain about. The fitness center was smaller than I expected, that's all.

+ Great location. I especially liked the staff, all of whom were very helpful. Birat, Arjin and all the staff at the reception were so helpful. Erin at the restaurant upstairs was so friendly and nice. Serkan, also called 'Al Pacino', especially helped us recover one of my friend's lost phones.
