    + El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de metro Trindade, y se puede llegar a pie a las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Los chicos de la recepción y del restaurante son muy amables; muy buen desayuno y las habitaciones tienen camas muy cómodas. El restaurante es también agradable para cenar.

    − La iluminación de las habitaciones y pasillos podría mejorar; no hay lámparas en el techo, sino solo en las mesas de noche y el espejo, lo que hace que en la noche se vea muy oscuro. El jabón líquido y el shampoo que ponen en la ducha son de mala calidad, además de que estaban muy diluidos.
