− The room was quite empty and very sparsely equipped. There were hardly any amenities, such as disposable slippers, cotton pads, cotton swabs, glasses, or a kettle. Overall, the room was very basic and modestly furnished. The staff were not particularly welcoming, and the reception staff were of very little help.

− Staff were unknowledgeable about Milan. Breakfast borderline inedible. Quite dirty all around the common areas. Rooms were clean enough but quite pokey.
