+ Great location, right by Plaza Maggiore, easy access to bus, taxi, and everything else. Restaurants, fresh produce markets, shops are at the door steps. The area is very safe in late summer night. The check in is very easy. Room is very clean, quiet, and air conditioning keeps the room very comfortable. Host is very friendly, responsive and accommodating to our late departure flight. We’d use this place again when we come back.

+ Great location within easy walking distance of the centre also within walking distance of all modes of transport. Spacious rooms. Exceptional staff who were eager to assist with any needs. Very good breakfast.
− Short of moving the hotel to a location with scenic views, I can't think of anything!
