+ Lo que más nos gustó del establecimiento es el personal. Cristina nos resolvió los inconvenientes que tuvimos cuando llegamos de forma muy amable. De verdad lo que más valoramos de toda nuestra estadía es la atención de todos. Los porteros. Recepción. Gerencia. Restaurante.
− Lo que menos nos gustó fue la primera habitación que nos tocó en el primer piso. Un olor a humedad insoportable. Sabemos que acaban de redecorar el hotel pero como sugerencia quítenle el brillo a los muebles estilo clásico. Parecen baratos.

+ A localização, café da manhã e funcionários são excelentes! Fomos muito bem recebidos e tratados.
− Por ser um hotel antigo o quarto tem problema de isolamento acústico. O barulho passava muito do hall de entrada para o quarto e acabávamos acordando nos horários de movimento dos quartos ao lado. Um isolamento acústico na porta já ajudaria bastante.
