+ La atención del personal, especialmente el trato de Laura de recepción y de Anna, Francesco e Izan, quienes nos hicieron la estancia muy agradable; asimismo me gustaría destacar el desayuno y la tranquilidad del hotel.
− Los precios de algunos platos y bebidas del bar de la piscina, y el café del desayuno podría ser mejor.
