+ Great location as it was super close to the train station. Staff was friendly and stored our bags for us before check in. Rooms are clean and fridge had some beverages provided, which was nice. Beds and linens were comfortable.
− Rooms were pretty small but it was fine for what we needed.

− The bathroom was dirty, the shower didn’t drain properly. We were moved to a different building across the street and had to walk across the street for breakfast

+ I've stayed at Hotel Berna several times and keep coming back because of the wonderful staff, the fabulous location within walking distance of Milano Centrale, and a breakfast that may be one of the best anywhere -- cakes, yogurts, eggs, ham, cheese, fresh juices, anything you need. This truly is a hotel that understands great and friendly service and you always feel so welcome here. One of the best!!
