+ Ich hatte einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt und kann dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen! Das Hotel war super sauber, die Zimmer waren top und die Betten sind einfach der Hammer – ich habe wirklich noch nie in einem Hotel so gut geschlafen. Das absolute Highlight war aber das Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und herzlich. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und einfach wohlgefühlt. Besonders möchte ich Rodrigo, Martin, Manell, Maik und Carlos erwähnen – sie haben diesen Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht haben. Rodrigo hat mir mit seinem Tipp ermöglicht, einen richtig schönen Salsa-Abend zu erleben und das Nachtleben sicher zu genießen. Dafür bin ich ihm echt dankbar, denn das war definitiv eines der Highlights meines Urlaubs. Martin war am Pool immer super freundlich und gut gelaunt. Mit ihm konnte ich sogar ein bisschen mein Spanisch üben, was richtig Spaß gemacht hat. Man merkt einfach, dass hier alle ihren Job mit Herz machen. Genau solche Mitarbeiter machen den Unterschied und sorgen dafür, dass man sich als Gast rundum wohlfühlt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hotel wirklich jedem empfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Ps: ich konnte mich leider nicht mehr persönlich von allen verabschieden, daher auf diesem Wege: hasta la próxima mi amigos!
