+ La amabilidad del personal y las camas
− La ubicación bastante alejada a unos 30 min andando del centro de Satiago. El baño se veía un poco antiguo en comparación con la habitación y las zonas comunes.

+ Great hotel, rooms clean and practical. Breakfast was good. Ideal base for our holiday. Most staff were friendly and helpful. A little out of city but very easy walk in via train station , 10 minutes. Air conditioning worked well.
− The standard rooms ( which we had) don't have a kettle so no easy tea or coffee, not a deal breaker but we were there 7 nights so it would have been nice . Beds are good, pillows are pretty poor. They did affect our sleeping. Most staff were lovely , but a couple were just rude, absolutely couldn't be bothered to serve with a smile . I think a little jaded working in hospitality.
