+ The staff was great and they go out of their way to help out and give recommendations on things to do. Breakfast delivered to our room was awesome!! Our room was right above the "Fira to Oia" path, so it was convenient for our hike to Oia.

+ Lovely hotel in a very nice area situated between Oia and Fira. Views were incredible, staff were super friendly and helpful! Daily room service breakfast was a nice touch. Junior suite with hot-tub and caldera view was on the smaller side, would advise choosing a larger room if staying more than a few nights. Few minor points that would have enhanced our comfort - more clothes hangers in the room for longer stays (only 4/5 available) and pool towels in need of replacement (loose threads, bleach stains etc).
