+ Location facilieties.
− Staff not firendly enough. We arrived 14:40 to the hotel, and the personal said it was not possible to do the check in cause the room was not ready, and said we should wait. When you travel internationally, you adapt to the flight times that suit you and are available, you cant plan to arrive exactly by 15:00. 20 mins before the check in time, should be more than okay to receive a room. Which they said it was not ready...they could have been more customer oriented and have a room available. Also for a 5 day stay, they said that there will be no cleaning service due to climate pledge. This is terrible, and I am not returning to this hotel.

+ Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala. Toki päivästä toiseen samanlainen, mutta silti. Huoneet mukavia, eikä liikenteen melu häirinnyt liikaa. Erittäin hyvät julkiset kulkuyhteydet joka puolelle kaupunkia.
− Iso hotelli ja loputtomat käytävät. Hisseille saa marssia todella pitkiä matkoja.

+ Lage super, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel vor der Türe, coole Bar über den Dächern von Berlin.
− Das Badezimmer des 1. Zimmers war unterirdisch gereinigt, WC schmutzig, Handtücher zum Teil dreckig, Teppich in die Jahre gekommen. Im Zimmer an den Türen überall Handabdrücke. Wir konnten das Zimmer wechseln, dieses war etwas besser gereinigt aber sauber ist anders. Dies hatten wir vor 9 Jahren nicht! Klimaanlage funktionierte erst nach Reklamation- die Zimmer waren sehr aufgeheizt durch die Wärme der letzten Tage zuvor.
