Please note guests who have booked Poseidon Living (Apartment) – key collection will take place at the reception of Poseidon Palace, located at 26 Emilio Ortuño Street. The apartments are just a 1-minute walk away, at 29 Emilio Ortuño Street. For reservations at Poseidon Living, a €150 deposit will be requested during check-in. It must be paid by card and will be refunded between 7 and 30 days after check-out. The hotel has covered and open-air parking, and it is subject to a fee. This service is subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel. Indoor swimming pool is open from 1 November until 4 April approximately. Please check with the hotel possible changes. Please note that in accordance with local laws, this property does not admit groups of more than 2 rooms or groups on stag/hen parties or similar. In the case of groups, a deposit of EUR 100 per room will be requested upon arrival (in cash or by credit card) that will be released between 7 and 28 days after check-out. − No me gustó y lo manifesté en recepción todo el piso porque estuvimos en el Poseidón living lleno de hormigas la cocina el baño y la cama no pude dormir porque la cama estaba llena de hormigas

− It was not clear which building we were supposed to check into. The safe didn't work, nor the WiFi, even though we followed the instructions for both.
