+ Room - was very cold and it appeared that no matter what changes made on 'in room thermostat' the room temperature stayed the same. After a couple of days we asked for more heat and the front desk person gave us a portable heater. We found out the hotel was recently renovated and it has 'central heating' so the whole hotel/floor has one heat setting. The room was also poorly laid out.

+ A localização é excelente, muito próxima à estação São Bento, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, lojas e aos principais pontos turísticos do Porto. O hotel conta com um ótimo restaurante italiano, café da manhã excelente e funcionários muito atenciosos. Os quartos oferecem boas comodidades, incluindo produtos de higiene pessoal, como shampoo e creme, além de secador de cabelo. De modo geral, é um hotel de excelente padrão, com estrutura, serviços e conforto compatíveis com sua categoria de quatro estrelas.
