− Tiny room. Very very hard bed. You could literally feel the ribs of the springs. Tried three rooms and all beds were the same. Had to get blankets from reception to sleep on

− Uncomfortable bed with springs protruding. This was the first time in all my years of travelling that I have been charged for leaving my suitcase at reception for a few hours after checking out.
