( 2,3,4 Bedroom apartment) The hotel accepts major credit cards, but for pre-payment or on-site charges, the card used must be in the guest's name and presented for verification at check-in. If the guest isn't the cardholder or can't present the credit card at check-in, alternate payment arrangements must be made. The hotel won't accept past or future payments without the credit card and cardholder's authorization, and may reject the booking if these requirements aren't met to guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 15/30/45/60 (15 for 1 Room, 30 for 2 Rooms, 45 for 3 Rooms, 60 for 4 Rooms) per room per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name. The hotel will pre-authorize an amount to cover the charges, and if the billing exceeds this amount, additional authorization will be required. The credit card will only be charged for the actual amount of the bill upon check-out, and any unused pre-authorized amount will be released by the hotel after departure. Children up to 18 years old stay free (with existing bedding) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate not exceeding the maximum occupancy of the room type booked. Bed & Breakfast, Half Board and Full Board bookings are only inclusive of meals for paying adults, children under 5.99 years eat for free from the children’s menu when accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 6 to 12 enjoy a 50% discount on Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner buffet at an additional charge. In observance of the holy month of Ramadan, guests on a Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Sohour in place of the regular breakfast. Guests on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Iftar and Sohour in place of the regular breakfast and dinner.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
