+ Everything was great. Parking is directly under the hotel with a bespoke lift into reception. When we checked in we were given a room upgrade: our room was large, comfortable and very well equipped. The hotel location is great - just next door to the bus and metro hub. Breakfast was varied and ample: plenty of helpful staff in the dining area. The whole place was calm and quiet.
− Just a minor quibble- some very specific directions to the car park would be helpful as the road rules are unique!
