+ Location is amazing- right in the middle of the city; staff is very friendly; parking available (though it is very very narrow).
− They could make some upgrades to really feel like a 4 star hotel in the room: no bathrobes for the pool, the bed is a frame on wheels (felt a bit like a hospital bed), only one espresso capsule (we were 2 people), toilet paper could use an upgrade, some of the towels were stained and the bed sheets had some small holes in them, rubber from the shower was peeling off hard and the funniest, we didn’t have a toilet brush.
