− The fact that I had to deposit £450 for my 4 days stay after paying fully for my room online. They said I would get my full refund back only when leaving. It’s money the hotel has to hold down, Incase of damages or I eat from the mini bar etc. But at the same time, I can easily pay for breakfast etc out of pocket? Didn’t like that fact that my money was being held down. What if I didn’t have £450 would I have been asked not to check in? They need to find a way around that…. Because I wasn’t comfortable with my money being held down.
