    + Świetnie przemyślany układ i wyposażenie pokoi wieloosobowych. Do pokoju przynależy łazienka: wc osobno, prysznic osobno, umywalka osobno, co pozwala na dogodne korzystanie mimo kilku osób w pokoju. Każde łóżko ma lampkę, gniazdko i półkę na drobne przedmioty. Kotary przy każdym łóżku dają prywatność. Duże szuflady na walizki. Do dyspozycji gości przestronna jadalnia z kuchnią. Hostel centralnie położony, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Duży plus za możliwość bezpłatnego przechowania bagażu. Hostel jest czysty i nowoczesny.

    − Vi ho dormito due notti. La seconda, mentre ero in dormiveglia, ho sentito qualcosa camminare sulla faccia: era una cimice dei letti adulta, come ho scoperto dopo. Sono stata letteralmente divorata, sulla schiena, sulle braccia mani e gambe. Ne ho riportato una reazione allergica e il viso era gonfio, ho dovuto lavare e asciugare ogni singola cosa ad alta temperatura e buttar via il mio bellissimo trolley e usarne un altro. La cimice che ho visto era adulta e da come mi hanno divorato dovevano essercene molte. Si sono scusati ma non si sono offerti di compensare il danno, almeno quello materiale, visto che il mio guscio super tecnico da trekking non poteva essere lavato e asciugato come ho dovuto fare!

    − Hoe mooi of modern je een hostel ook wil maken, in een slaapzaal heb je altijd miserie als je moe bent en vroeger wil gaan slapen. Er zijn altijd mensen die geen rekening houden met anderen, het licht aansteken, lawaai maken. In dat opzicht vind ik 75€ én bijna 10€ voor een ontbijt héél veel, wetende dat je de nacht bijna niet geslapen hebt. Ikzelf had twee weken gewandeld langs de camino. In heel Bilbao vond ik géén hotel met redelijke reviews onder de 100€ per nacht. Omdat je toch een béétje luxe wilt, richtte ik me tot LaTroupe. Ze maakten er echt een hele mooie hostel van, vriendelijk personeel, veel activiteiten,.. Maar dit is géén geschikte plaats voor pelgrims of toeristen die vermoeid zijn. Dit is een plaats voor jongere mensen, die graag feesten, uitzetten.
