+ Das sehr großzügige Maisonette-Apartment überzeugt mit zwei Bädern, einer modernen, neuwertigen sowie umfangreichen Ausstattung inklusive Starter-Kit und war zudem sehr sauber mit einem mega freundlichen und serviceorientierten Team !

+ Edificio nuovo, molto moderno, pulizia evidente sia degli appartamenti che degli spazi comuni. Il sistema di ingresso a codice numerico molto comodo,non ci sono chiavi o tessere magnetiche che possono essere perse. Elettrodomestici nuovi e letto comodissimo. Noi abbiamo optato per yn appartamento con terrazzo che è molto utile per stendere asciumani e biancheria. Il personale è molto gentile e reattivo. C'è stata una piccola avaria un paio d'ore all'impianto di aria condizionata e hanno risolto il problema il prima possibile, inviando anche un tecnico nell'appartamento per verificare il corretto funzionamento. La posizione è ottima, praticamente a 200 metri dalla spiaggia di Las Canteras e tutti i servizi vicini. Consigliatissimo.
− Abbiamo affittato un'auto ed il garage sotterraneo è praticabile, ma parcheggiare richiede tante manovre e bisogna avere macchine piccole. Il garage incluso è comunque un enorme comodità visto che è praticamente impossibile trovare parcheggio a Las Palmas. Se affittate un'auto tenetelo in considerazione.
