− Wir benötigen eine Firmenrechnung - leider wurde die Rechnung auf den Firmeninhaber ausgestellt. Trotz mehrmaliger Anfragen und Ersuchen wurde unsere Bitte nicht erfüllt, bzw. einfach ignoriert. Es genügt nicht, einfach nur die Anfrage zu bestätigen und ein Ticket zu erstellen - es muss auch erledigt werden!! Sehr enttäuschend für ein Hotel Ihrer Kategorie....
