+ - Das Frühstück (sehr viel Auswahl und sehr lecker) -die Lage vom Pool und die Lage vom Hotel (Pool mit Meerblick und Strand direkt vor Hotel) - die Preise vom Essen bei der Poolbar (super Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis und hat sehr gut geschmeckt) - sehr sauber und jeden Tag gründlich geputzt worden - das freundliche Personal (wir hatten Probleme mit der Klimaanlage - es wurde sofort ein Techniker geschickt, 2x versucht es zu beheben und dann zumindest einen Ventilator bekommen - sehr lösungs und comfort - orientiertes Personal / wir haben für eine Nacht einen Parkplatz gebraucht, hatten auf der Rechnung aber 2 Tage Parkplatz verrechnet, ich habe kurz erklärt, dass wir nur eine Nacht geparkt haben und uns wurde sofort das Geld zurück gegeben, ohne Beweise liefern zu müssen - das war sehr angenehm und kundenorientiert) - Auch der Check - in war sehr angenehm - wir sind am Tag schon früher angekommen, wurden herzlich empfangen und dann nach kurzem Warten konnten wir bereits das 1. Zimmer beziehen und auch in das zweite Zimmer konnte früher hinein.
− - uns hat alles soweit gefallen! - Das Hotel ist nur schon etwas älter, wodurch man hier und dort ein paar Macken findet (Risse in den Fließen oder gewisse Fugen etwas vergilbt - aber schon grundsätzlich sauber!) - Man darf sich kein hochmodernes / neues 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten - aber Preis Leistung super und wir würden wieder kommen

− Bcp de personnes à la piscine et l’obligation de prendre une carte pour avoir des serviettes mais ils n’expliquent rien à la réception. Personnel moyennement accueillant.. Ascenseur très long.
