+ 飯店的櫃檯人員十分友善，給人留下初臨飯店的好印象。早餐豐盛，連咖啡機的設置都好幾個，不用大排長龍。清理房間的人員也很優質，飯店的位置十分好，前面就有公車站。用步行也可慢慢散步到很多觀光景點。整體十分優良！👍
− 電梯沒有直達ㄧ樓大廳，有點可惜。必需先通過手扶梯後，再走一段路到電梯門口。

+ Muito bom.
− Já me hospedei três vezes neste hotel, porém, infelizmente, minha última experiência foi bastante desagradável. Chegamos por volta das 9h e fomos atendidos por uma gerente loira, de mais idade, que foi extremamente rude conosco. Perguntamos se seria possível entrar no quarto pelo menos 30 minutos antes do horário permitido e deixamos claro que estávamos dispostos a pagar uma taxa extra por isso. Mesmo assim, a gerente preferiu nos tratar com falta de educação e de forma totalmente desnecessária. Para um hotel no qual já me hospedei outras vezes, esperava um atendimento muito mais cordial e profissional, principalmente diante de um pedido feito com educação e com disposição para pagar pelo serviço adicional.
