+ Views are great. Location is great. That’s about it.
− To be honest our stay was just average. The room and views were amazing but some of the windows were not just dirty they were filthy. We booked a window experience in Gong, the space we were crammed into was tiny, for £250 I would have expected more and much better service, we asked multiple times for sparkling water that never arrived, glasses not topped up, dishes not cleared away, a very average experience, later that evening I asked if they or another bar would be showing the England quarterfinal and I was laughed at and told “this is a five star hotel of course not” I was well aware it’s a five star hotel that’s why I booked it! The staff member was rude and condescending. Breakfast was also poor, a limited selection that you’d find in any decent 4 star hotel. The room and the views are 5 star but everything is really isn’t.
