+ Nothing regarding the hotel.
− We were a couple travelling 2,000 km, and before entering Praque we booked this hotel in a rush. We paid throught booking. When we arrived, the first negative impression was parking. It was stated in the description that the hotel had parking, but then we learned the parking was on a different place, far from hotel. When we arrived the staff showed us the room on higher levels in the building. The room was like sauna. No air-conditioning inside. I told we can't stay there, it is too hot. Then they offered us another room on first level. I was kind enough and said ok, lets see it. Again, no air conditioning, outside more than 40 degrees . I told the staff it is really not pleasant for us, I am gratefull for the effort but we can't stay and I asked the money back. Then they offered another hotel from their group, that have air-conditioning. After waiting 1 hour, so they can arrange our stay in the other hotel, we went there. And what do I see, from the full hotel, only 1 room had air-conditioning ( that didnt work properly), on the roof of the hotel(attic). The room was dissaster, there was no place to sleep, the bed was almost to the wall, you can only lay, if you sit you can hit the head on the wall.I said no, we lost one full day ( from our 2 day trip to Prague) . I asked them to return the money, which they didn't do . All in all, very bad experience in this hotel .after that we went to another hotel, amazing staff, rooms and air-conditioning. Paid the same price.
