+ The room was cosy and had a lovely view out of the window. The interior design of the room and the over hotel was lovely.
− That breakfast wasn’t included but it was decently priced.

+ I liked the familiarity that citizenM provides. I've stayed in other locations and it was a safe bet knowing what to expect of the room, how check-in would work, and that it's just a nice place to look at in the lobby
− during my stay, construction on one of the elevators was happening on my floor for hours during the morning and afternoon. it was pretty loud but it won't be a forever-thing
